Conditions Of Boarding

Our opening times are 10am - 4pm DAILY

VIEWINGS ARE MADE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 11AM OR 3PM DAILY

No dogs will be accepted without proof of current vaccinations.

The Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough) Vaccine must be done at least 14 days prior to boarding, as it is a live virus. Although we do not insist upon this vaccine we do advise you to seek your vets advice when boarding.

Any Items, toys, blankets etc are left at owners risk.

The owners of Westmains boarding kennels assume the right to contact a veterinarian if they feel it is deemed necessary and we are unable to contact the owner or the owner's representative..

A Non refundable deposit of £25.00 is required at time of booking.

We reserve the right to re-home any animal not collected within seven days of the due departure date if no communication has been received from the owner or their agent and all efforts to contact them fail.

We accept payment by cash or accept all major credit/debit chip and pin cards (subject to a minimal charge). Payment must be made before or when collecting your dog on your return.
